An aluminium‑carbon composite shaft combines the dimensional consistency of aerospace‑grade aluminum with the lightweight strength and fatigue resistance of carbon fiber.

The result is a shaft that outperforms standard aluminum in straightness retention, and surpasses all‑carbon shafts in spine uniformity across large batches.

WZARROW has manufactured composite shafts since 2015. We currently supply 7 brands in Europe, North America, and Australia with 6061‑aluminum / 30T, 40T carbon hybrid shafts for target and 3D product lines.

• Pre‑cut length – ±0.5mm tolerance

How to Order for Your Brand

1. Select model or request custom OD/spine – we can match any existing spec within 2 days
2. Choose straightness & weight tolerance – standard or premium
3. Decide finish – raw shaft, painted, printed with your logo
4. Set length – uncut (32‑34″) or pre‑cut to your exact specification
5. Place order – samples (6-12 pcs) available for qualification testing

• Custom sizes: 500 pcs
• Samples: 6 pcs

Lead time:
